The Benchmark Legacy was born in 2009 out of a simple but powerful conviction — that every family deserves honest, expert guidance when making the most important financial decision of their lives. Founded in Noida by a team of seasoned real estate professionals, we set out to change how property advisory works in Delhi NCR.

In the early years, we focused exclusively on Noida's rapidly developing residential corridor — building deep knowledge of every sector, every builder, and every micro-market. Our client-first approach quickly earned us a reputation for transparency in an industry not always known for it.

By 2015, The Benchmark Legacy had expanded its operations across all of Delhi NCR — from the luxury farmhouses of Chattarpur and Sultanpur in South Delhi, to the high-growth plotted developments along the Yamuna Expressway, to the ultra-premium towers of Gurugram's Golf Course Road.

Today, we are proud to have served over 1,200 families and investors — closing deals worth more than ₹500 Crores — while maintaining the same personal, integrity-driven approach that defined us from day one. Every client is a relationship, not a transaction.

The Benchmark Legacy is Born

Established in Noida by Rahul Sharma and a team of 4 real estate professionals with a mission to bring transparent, expert property advisory to Delhi NCR homebuyers.

2012 — 100th Client
First Major Milestone

Crossed 100 successful property transactions within 3 years, entirely through client referrals. Expanded our Noida office and added a dedicated legal advisory team.

2015 — NCR Expansion
Going Across Delhi NCR

Launched operations in Gurugram, Greater Noida, and South Delhi's farmhouse markets. Became one of the first boutique firms to span all major NCR corridors with on-ground expertise.

2018 — ₹100 Cr Milestone
Crossing ₹100 Crore in Deals

Achieved ₹100 Crore in total property deals closed, establishing The Benchmark Legacy as a significant player in Delhi NCR's premium real estate advisory space.

2020 — NRI Services Launch
Dedicated NRI Investment Desk
